There is no instantaneous magic natural remedy that eradicates a hidden termite colony on contact. However, direct exposure to intense ultraviolet sunlight or beneficial parasitic nematodes (microscopic roundworms applied to soil) can kill termites relatively quickly. Nematodes actively hunt subterranean termites, entering their bodies and releasing bacteria that liquefy their internal organs within 24 to 48 hours, though this method is difficult to control indoors.
