To the naked human eye, high-quality Low-E glass looks almost identical to standard clear glass, maintaining high optical transparency and natural light transmission. However, under certain lighting conditions or sharp reflection angles, some Low-E coatings may exhibit a very subtle, faint tint or a slight reflective sheen caused by the microscopic metallic oxide layers embedded on the glass surface.
