Clinical data gathered from ongoing expanded access programs and Phase 2 trials indicate that intranasal foralumab shows promising therapeutic potential in treating non-active secondary progressive multiple sclerosis. Patients treated with the nasal spray formulation demonstrated favorable trends in disease stabilization, reduced confirmed disability progression, and clinically meaningful improvements in fatigue while maintaining an excellent safety profile without systemic immunosuppressive side effects. Larger, randomized controlled trials are ongoing to conclusively establish definitive efficacy metrics.
