Emerging clinical trial data and expanded access results indicate that intranasal foralumab shows encouraging signs of clinical efficacy, particularly in stabilizing disease progression and reducing chronic fatigue in patients with non-active secondary progressive multiple sclerosis. By successfully inducing regulatory T cells through mucosal administration without triggering systemic toxicity, it demonstrates biological activity.
