Low water pressure immediately after installing a brand-new faucet is typically caused by debris trapped in the new aerator or supply lines, or individual shut-off valves that are not fully open. During manufacturing, shipping, or installation, small bits of pipe tape, solder flux, rubber fragments, or mineral scale can dislodge and travel up into the faucet's tiny aerator screen or internal mixing cartridge, heavily restricting water flow. Additionally, if the hot and cold water supply valves under the sink were not opened completely during reinstallation, water volume will be restricted. Verification: Unscrew the faucet tip aerator and check for trapped debris, and verify that both under-sink supply valves are turned all the way open.
