Low water pressure restricted to a single bathroom while the rest of the house maintains normal pressure is almost always caused by localized plumbing restrictions. Common culprits include mineral scale or pipe sediment clogging the bathroom sink aerator and showerhead screens, individual hot and cold supply shut-off valves under the vanity that are only partially open, or a failing single-handle mixing cartridge inside the faucet or shower valve body. Because other fixtures in your home operate normally, municipal supply lines and main pressure reducing valves are not at fault. Verification: Unscrew the sink aerator and showerhead to inspect them for hard water calcium buildup or trapped debris.
