Window seal failure is characterized by persistent milky white haze, water streaks, mineral residue, or heavy condensation trapped securely on the inside surfaces between the two glass panes. Because the perimeter hermetic seal has degraded, ambient humidity and dust have seeped into the internal gas-filled cavity. Unlike exterior dirt that can be wiped away with window cleaner, this internal fogging cannot be reached from the outside and remains permanently trapped until serviced.
