Can you fix a reversed LED polarity, yes, you can fix a reversed LED polarity easily by correcting wiring so positive connects to anode and negative to cathode, as LED is diode that only works with correct polarity. To fix reversed LED polarity, turn off power to circuit for safety, identify LED polarity markings, long leg is anode positive and short leg is cathode negative, or flat side indicates cathode, or strip marking shows plus and minus. Then swap wires, connect positive supply to anode and negative to cathode, ensure correct orientation, turn power back on and LED should light. If LED was reversed with low voltage, it is usually not damaged and will work after correcting, as diode blocks reverse current. If high reverse voltage was applied exceeding breakdown voltage around 5 volts, LED may be damaged permanently and need replacement, so test LED after fixing polarity, if still not lighting replace LED. For LED strip, fix by swapping connector positive and negative leads, for LED bulb with driver, fix by correcting outlet polarity. So can you fix reversed LED polarity, yes, fix by turning off power, swapping positive and negative leads to correct polarity, checking markings, and powering on, with most LEDs surviving brief reversal if voltage low, requiring only correction to work again.
