Faucet water pressure is typically low due to mineral scale (calcium and lime) clogging the removable aerator screen at the tip of the spout, a partially closed supply shutoff valve underneath the sink, a kinked flexible supply line hose, or low overall municipal or well water pressure. Over time, hard water minerals precipitate out of the water supply and accumulate inside narrow fixture openings, drastically restricting flow volume. Verification: Unscrew the spout aerator and test water flow; if pressure returns immediately, the aerator was clogged with sediment.
