Oman LNG is structured as a joint venture involving the Government of the Sultanate of Oman alongside international energy corporations. The majority shareholder is the Oman Investment Authority, which holds a 51% controlling stake. The remaining equity is distributed among international energy partners, including Shell Gas B.V. (30%), TotalEnergies (5.54%), Korea LNG (5%), and Mitsubishi Corporation (2.77%), alongside other corporate participants.
