The biggest pest control company in the US by revenue, number of customers, and number of branches is Rollins, Inc., which owns Orkin. While many consumers think of Orkin and Terminix as the two giants, they are actually both part of larger corporate families. Rollins is a publicly traded company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and in addition to Orkin, which was founded in 1901, it owns numerous other brands including Western Pest Services, Critter Control, Truly Nolen is not part of Rollins, but Rollins acquired several regional companies over the years. As of 2024-2025, Rollins generates over $3 billion in annual revenue and operates hundreds of branches across the US and internationally. The second largest is Terminix, now owned by Rentokil Initial, a British company that is the largest pest control company in the world globally. Rentokil Terminix together also generates over $3 billion in North America. Together, Rollins and Rentokil Terminix control a majority of the US residential and commercial pest control market. Other large players include Ecolab, Anticimex, and Truly Nolen, which while significant with over 80 years in business and more than 100 locations, is considerably smaller than the top two giants.
