Truly Nolen is generally considered a good, reputable pest control company, especially in the Sun Belt regions where it has the strongest presence. Founded in 1938 in Miami, Florida, the company has over 85 years of experience and operates more than 100 branches across the country, which gives it the stability of a national chain with more local service than some larger competitors. Customer reviews are mixed but lean positive, with many customers praising the professionalism of technicians, the clear explanations of treatment plans, and the iconic mouse-drawn Truly Nolen vehicles. Like most large pest control companies, it has complaints related to contracts, upselling, and inconsistent service between branches, which is common in the industry. It offers a wide range of services including general pest control, termites, rodents, bed bugs, and lawn care, and provides a satisfaction guarantee. It is accredited by the Better Business Bureau and uses EPA-registered products. For homeowners looking for a long-established company with comprehensive pest coverage and a strong presence in Florida, Arizona, Texas, and other southern states, Truly Nolen is a solid option worth getting a quote from alongside Orkin and Terminix.
