The main product, Timberline Office, became Sage Timberline Office, then Sage 100 Contractor for small to medium contractors, which includes accounting, job costing, payroll, project management, and estimating. The larger enterprise version became Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, formerly Timberline Enterprise, for larger contractors. The estimating module became Sage Estimating, formerly Timberline Estimating. So today, what was Timberline software is sold as Sage 100 Contractor and Sage 300 CRE, with cloud versions available. Many contractors still refer to it as Timberline or Sage Timberline out of habit, but official name is Sage 100 Contractor. Sage continues to update it with new features for construction accounting. So if you have old Timberline software, upgrade path is to Sage 100 Contractor.
