What can I say instead of restoration?

What you can say instead of restoration depends on context and nuance you want to convey. For general renewal, you can say renewal, revival, recovery, rejuvenation, or revitalization. For buildings or objects, you can say renovation, refurbishment, rebuilding, repair, or reconstruction. For health, you can say healing, recovery, rehabilitation, or recuperation. For relationships, you can say reconciliation, mending, or rebuilding. For rights or status, you can say reinstatement, reestablishment, restitution, or return. For art and heritage, conservation or preservation may be appropriate. For spiritual contexts, renewal, redemption, or transformation may fit better. For example, instead of restoration of health you could say recovery of health, instead of restoration of a house you could say renovation of a house, and instead of spiritual restoration you could say spiritual renewal. Choosing a more specific synonym often communicates more clearly than generic restoration, so consider whether you mean fixing, renewing, or transforming and pick word that matches that intention most precisely.
