Everybody has a soft spot in both literal and figurative senses, though not at same time. Literally, everyone had a soft spot as a baby, called fontanelle, where skull bones had not fused, but adults do not have open soft spot on head. Figuratively, yes, almost everybody has a soft spot emotionally, meaning they have special affection, fondness, or vulnerability for someone or something. It could be for family, children, pets, favorite food, childhood memories, a hobby, or a cause. Even people who seem tough or detached usually have something that makes their heart soften, whether it is a beloved pet, a child, a nostalgic song, or a favorite sports team. Having a soft spot reflects human capacity for love, empathy, and attachment, and is shaped by personal experiences and values. Some people may hide soft spots or not openly show them, but they still have them. The specific soft spot varies widely, for some it is stray animals, for others it is old movies or hometown. So in emotional sense, yes, everybody has at least one soft spot, something they care about more than average and are more generous toward, even if they do not admit it openly.
