Adults do not have a literal soft spot on their head like babies do, because the baby's soft spot, called fontanelle, is a gap between skull bones that closes as bones fuse during infancy and early childhood. In babies, there are two main fontanelles, the anterior soft spot on top of head which closes around 12 to 18 months, and posterior soft spot at back which closes around 2 to 3 months. By adulthood, skull bones have fused solidly, so there is no open soft spot, skull is hard all over. However, adults can have figurative soft spots meaning emotional fondness, as in having a soft spot for someone. Adults can also have physical soft spots in other contexts, such as soft spot in muscle due to injury, bruise that is tender, or weak spot in floor. Medically, adults do not have fontanelles, but they can have thin areas in skull due to surgery or rare conditions. So literal soft spot on head exists only in infants, not in healthy adults. Figuratively, everyone can have a soft spot emotionally, meaning affection or vulnerability for someone or something. So answer depends on literal versus figurative, literally no soft spot on head for adults, figuratively yes.
