Rust-Oleum Zinsser B-I-N Shellac-Based Primer is widely considered the absolute best and highest-performing primer in their product lineup. It delivers unmatched stain-blocking power against severe water damage, heavy smoke residue, pet odors, and wood tannin bleed. While other formulas like Bulls Eye 123 excel at general drywall preparation, B-I-N is the gold standard for difficult restoration and remodeling jobs requiring extreme adhesion and permanent sealing.
