The original retail price of the Ecobee3 Lite typically hovered around $149 to $169 when it was actively manufactured and sold new. Because Ecobee has since transitioned its catalog to newer models like the Enhanced and Essential lines, brand-new units are harder to find at major retail stores, though certified refurbished units or remaining stock can frequently be found online ranging from $100 to $130.
