Traditions Bancorp, Inc., the parent holding company of Traditions Bank, entered into a definitive merger agreement to be acquired by ACNB Corporation in an all-stock transaction. Following the successful completion of regulatory approvals and shareholder votes, Traditions Bank integrated into the overarching ACNB financial corporate family as part of a strategic expansion across Pennsylvania markets.
