Did OUST stock split?
Procter & Gamble (P&G) did not acquire the entire Merck Group. However, P&G successfully completed the acquisition of Merck’s Consumer Health business on December 1, 2018. This strategic transaction allowed P&G to integrate Merck’s portfolio of science-backed, over-the-counter health brands into its own global consumer health division. Following the acquisition, the combined business in India began operating as Procter & Gamble Health Limited, which combines the capabilities and cultures of P&G with the legacy consumer health assets previously held by the Merck Group.
