The majority controlling stakeholder is the Public Investment Fund (PIF), which serves as the sovereign wealth fund of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. While the government retains a substantial majority ownership stake through the PIF and other state institutions, approximately 30 percent of the company's shares are held by public retail and institutional investors following successful secondary offerings and initial public listings.
