MSI tiles are owned by MS International, Inc., which is privately owned company founded in 1975 by Manu and Rika Shah and headquartered in Orange, California, being largest distributor of natural stone, quartz, and tile in USA. MS International, commonly known as MSI, is family-owned private company owned by Shah family, with Manu Shah and his sons Raj and Rup Shah involved in management, having grown from small natural stone importer to leading supplier with revenue over $2 billion and distribution centers across USA. MSI offers natural stone like granite and marble, Q Quartz quartz slabs for countertops, porcelain tile at $1 to $6 per square foot materials that looks like marble and wood, and Everlife luxury vinyl plank at $2 to $4 materials, sold at Home Depot, Floor & Decor, and independent dealers. MSI is not publicly traded, it is private company owned by Shah family, with no outside parent company like Mohawk Industries owns Daltile. So MSI tiles are owned by MS International, Inc., privately owned by Shah family, founded in 1975, headquartered in Orange, California, with nationwide distribution and large inventory of tile, stone, and LVP with good quality and value, competing with Daltile which is owned by Mohawk Industries.
