Major international aviation gateways in Cambodia are developed and managed through public-private partnerships involving the Royal Government of Cambodia and corporate joint ventures. For instance, the newly established Techo International Airport is developed by the Cambodia Airport Investment Corporation, which is a joint venture between the State Secretariat of Civil Aviation and the Overseas Cambodian Investment Corporation. Meanwhile, operational concessions are handled in partnership with international airport management groups, notably VINCI Airports, a subsidiary of the French-listed concession enterprise.
