Following its acquisition by the growth-oriented investment firm Knox Lane, Cross Country Healthcare is privately owned and operated as a standalone portfolio company. Under the terms of the private transaction, the company exited the public stock market, and its day-to-day operations and strategic growth initiatives are directed by its executive management team, led by CEO Joel Tremblay, in close partnership with Knox Lane's investor-operator principals.
