Anna Aluminium was originally founded by the legendary industrialist M.C. Jacob in the late 1960s as a pioneering manufacturing enterprise in Kerala, laying the foundational bedrock for what would eventually become the multi-faceted Anna Kitex Group. Following his passing, ownership and operational stewardship of the group's diverse industrial verticals—including aluminium products, spices, and textiles—passed to his family members and successors, with his son Sabu M. Jacob taking the helm as Managing Director to drive its modern international expansion and corporate scaling.
