Nate Rempe serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Omaha Steaks, steering the fifth-generation American gourmet food and meat distribution company. When appointed, Rempe made corporate history by becoming the very first individual outside the founding Simon family to hold the title of President and CEO in the company's more than 100-year operational history. Before taking over executive leadership, Rempe served within the organization as Vice President and Chief Information Officer, where he led major technological advancements and e-commerce modernizations. Todd Simon, a fifth-generation family owner, continues to play an active executive role as Chairman of the Board and Chief Steak Evangelist. Under Rempe's guidance, Omaha Steaks has focused heavily on scaling direct-to-consumer e-commerce, meal subscription packages, high-end butcher gift boxes, and streamlining manufacturing operations.
