Beetaloo Energy Australia Limited was formerly known as Empire Energy Group Limited (and prior to that, Imperial Corporation Limited) before formally updating its corporate moniker in mid-2025 to better reflect its core operational focus on the prolific onshore petroleum basin assets located in the Northern Territory of Australia.
