Items and situations explicitly excluded from warranty protection include normal wear-and-tear components (such as brake pads, spark plugs, belts, and wiper blades), cosmetic damage like scratches or dents, and failures caused by user negligence or abuse. Furthermore, damage resulting from unauthorized DIY repairs, unapproved aftermarket accessories, commercial use of a residential product, acts of God (such as floods or lightning strikes), and missing routine maintenance records are never covered under standard warranty policies.
