The history of Omaxe began in 1987 when Rohtas Goel established a construction contracting business, which was subsequently incorporated as Omaxe Builders Private Limited in 1989. The enterprise transitioned into full-scale real estate development in 2001 by constructing executive floors and mega townships, eventually listing publicly on Indian stock exchanges in 2007 to fuel its massive expansion across multiple states.
