Rohtas Goel is a pioneering first-generation Indian entrepreneur and civil engineer who founded the brand Omaxe in 1987 with modest capital and a small team to enter construction contracting. Over decades of dedicated leadership, he successfully transformed the contracting firm into one of India's leading real estate and infrastructure conglomerates, specializing in large integrated townships across tier-2 and tier-3 cities. He also served two influential terms as President of the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO).
