The primary difference lies in the lifting material used. Mudjacking pumps a heavy cement, sand, and soil slurry beneath the slab through large drill holes, whereas polyjacking (polyurethane foam injection) injects an expanding high-density structural polymer through tiny penny-sized holes. Polyjacking is lighter, cures in minutes, adds minimal weight to weak sub-grades, and provides much greater precision.
