Westfield Bank was acquired by First Financial Bancorp, the Cincinnati-based parent company of First Financial Bank, in a cash and stock transaction valued at approximately 325 million dollars. Following the completion of the acquisition, Westfield Bank operated as a subsidiary before being fully integrated into First Financial Bank's regional operating network across the Midwest and Northeast Ohio.
