Customer reviews for the EcoSmart ECO11 electric tankless water heater frequently praise its compact size, affordability, and efficiency for smaller living spaces, apartments, or single-point applications like a single bathroom or sink setup. Users note that it delivers reliable hot water when correctly matched to low-flow scenarios. Conversely, reviewers caution that the ECO11 lacks the electrical capacity to handle whole-house simultaneous hot water demands in colder climates where incoming groundwater temperatures are low.
