When a visitor arrives, they press the call button on the exterior door station, which triggers an audible chime and visual alert on the indoor master station. To communicate, the occupant simply presses the talk button or picks up the handset for two-way conversation, views the visitor via the video screen if equipped, and can press a dedicated key symbol to remotely unlock the door or gate before hanging up or ending the session.
