No, Casper Ruud has never won a Grand Slam tournament as of 2024 and 2025, though he has come very close by reaching three Grand Slam finals, which is the best result for a Norwegian male tennis player in history. Casper Ruud, born December 22, 1998, in Oslo, Norway, son of former professional Christian Ruud, has reached the finals of the French Open twice, in 2022 where he lost to Rafael Nadal and in 2023 where he lost to Novak Djokovic, and the final of the US Open in 2022 where he lost to Carlos Alcaraz. He has also reached world number 2 ranking in 2022, won over 10 ATP titles including ATP 250 and 500 events, primarily on clay courts where he excels, and has been a consistent top 10 player. Despite not winning a Grand Slam, Ruud has won other significant titles and is considered one of the best clay court players of his generation. He continues to compete at a high level and is considered a contender for future Grand Slams, particularly the French Open. So as of current records, Ruud has not won a Grand Slam, but has three runner-up finishes.
