Wayfair offers specialized delivery upgrade options that go beyond standard doorstep or curbside drop-off, allowing customers to select room-of-choice or white-glove delivery services for large, heavy furniture items like sofas, bedroom sets, and dining tables. With the white-glove delivery tier, professional carrier teams will bring the items directly inside the customer's house, place them into the specific room of choice, unpack the merchandise, and perform basic assembly or packaging debris removal for an additional fee. Standard deliveries default to exterior thresholds unless upgraded during checkout.
