Nobia does not currently own Magnet. While the Swedish multinational kitchen specialist operated Magnet for more than 20 years as a core component of its international portfolio, challenging market conditions, restructuring needs, and consecutive operating losses prompted the group to divest the subsidiary. The complete sale transferred ownership of the kitchen retail chain to UK-based Alteri Investors, effectively ending Nobia's direct operational footprint in the UK retail market.
