Yes, Home Depot does have canvas for painting in several forms, catering to both house painting and art projects, available in stores and online. For house painting, Home Depot sells canvas drop cloths in various sizes such as 4x6 feet, 9x12 feet, and larger, made from cotton canvas that protects floors and furniture from paint drips, and these are found in the paint department alongside plastic drop cloths. They also sell canvas painter's tarps, some treated with butyl or rubber backing to prevent bleed-through. For art canvas, Home Depot typically carries basic pre-stretched art canvases and canvas boards in smaller sizes like 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, often in the craft or paint supplies aisle, suitable for acrylic and oil painting. Additionally, they sell raw canvas fabric by the yard in some locations, and canvas drop cloths can be repurposed for art projects after washing. You can check availability online at homedepot.com by searching canvas drop cloth or art canvas and selecting your local store for pickup. If you need fine art quality stretched canvas with gesso priming, art supply stores may have more variety, but Home Depot covers basic needs.
