Eaton acquired Cutler-Hammer, fully integrating its manufacturing plants, tooling, and engineering designs into the Eaton power management conglomerate. While legacy panels and older equipment in existing homes still proudly display the classic "Cutler-Hammer" badge, brand-new replacement breakers and modern panel assemblies are produced directly by Eaton.
