Qbrexza should never be applied to the face, head, or other unauthorized body regions, as its product labeling and Food and Drug Administration approvals explicitly restrict its application exclusively to the underarm (axillary) area. Because glycopyrronium is a potent anticholinergic agent, applying the medicated cloth near the eyes, mouth, or facial skin significantly elevates the risk of systemic side effects, including severe blurred vision, pupil dilation, dry mouth, and cognitive irritation.
