Can you see if someone is watching you on a Ring doorbell depends on whether you are the owner or the visitor being watched. If you are the Ring owner, you can see who has shared access to your doorbell in the Ring app under Shared Users and you can see active live views in some cases, and you can check event history for live view events, but you cannot see if someone is currently watching a recorded clip. Ring does not notify owner when shared user watches. If you are a visitor in front of a Ring doorbell, you generally cannot tell if owner is watching live at that moment, as there is no light that turns on only during live view, though some Ring models have small blue light that indicates active recording or live view, but it is not reliable indicator. The camera records motion and doorbell press automatically regardless of live viewing. If someone has hacked your Ring account, you might notice unfamiliar logins, cameras moving, or voices speaking through two way audio. To protect privacy, Ring owner should enable two factor authentication, use strong password, and review shared users regularly. Visitors should assume any Ring doorbell may be recording and owner may be watching live at any time.
