Whether other people can smell you when you notice your own body odor depends entirely on the strength of the scent and how close they are to you. Because olfactory fatigue often makes people desensitized to their own familiar baseline scent, if you can clearly notice your own body odor, it is very likely that people standing in your immediate personal space or sitting close to you can perceive it as well. Taking a quick hygiene break, applying deodorant, or changing clothes is recommended in such situations.

Not necessarily. Your ability to detect your own body odor does not automatically mean other people can smell you. Humans possess varying olfactory sensitivity, and anxiety or hyper-awareness can make you hyper-focused on your own scent long before it becomes strong enough to cross your personal boundary into someone else's airspace. Furthermore, olfactory adaptation causes us to notice minor shifts in our own scent that remain completely imperceptible to people standing at a normal social distance.
