Marcus Lemonis stepped down from his position as Chief Executive Officer of Camping World Holdings, Inc. as part of a planned corporate succession strategy, officially transitioning out of the role at the close of 2025. After leading the enterprise for over two decades and building it into the world's largest recreational vehicle retailer, Lemonis transitioned his day-to-day executive responsibilities to long-time company veteran Matthew Wagner (who assumed the CEO role on January 1, 2026), while Lemonis remained connected as a co-founder and special advisor.
