China Tower Corporation Limited (officially China Communications Service Corporation or China Tower) is a state-controlled telecommunications infrastructure enterprise predominantly owned by the Chinese government. Its majority equity shares are held by major state-owned telecom operators—namely China Mobile, China Unicom, and China Telecom—operating under the direct supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council.
