Thomas J. (Tom) Chmelik is a co-founder, Director, and Chief Financial Officer of MainStreet Bank and its parent holding company, MainStreet Bancshares, Inc. With an extensive professional background in executive financial management, he previously served as CFO for multiple community banks and participated in international banking restructuring initiatives supported by the World Bank prior to helping establish MainStreet Bank.
