Nortera Foods is cooperatively owned by a partnership of major institutional investors and the original multinational parent group. Specifically, 65 percent of the company is held equally by two prominent Quebec-based financial entities—the Fonds de solidarité FTQ and the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ)—while the French food corporation Bonduelle Group retains the remaining 35 percent minority share.
