RSA Insurance Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intact Financial Corporation, Canada's largest property and casualty insurer. Intact Financial, alongside Danish insurer Tryg, acquired RSA in a multi-billion-dollar corporate takeover, subsequently delisting it from the London Stock Exchange and fully integrating its European and Canadian operations.
