Thomas J. "Jim" Segrave is an accomplished American entrepreneur, commercial aviator, and pioneer in the private jet sector. He is best known as the founder, chairman, and chief executive officer of flyExclusive, which he built into one of North America's largest private jet operators. Earlier in his career, he founded Segrave Aviation in the 1990s, successfully scaling it before selling the enterprise to Delta Air Lines, subsequently serving as president of Delta Private Jets before establishing his modern aviation footprint in Kinston, North Carolina.
