Brivo is owned primarily by technology entrepreneur and investor Dean Drako, who acquired the cloud access control company outright. Best known as the founder and former CEO of Barracuda Networks and the current president and CEO of Eagle Eye Networks, Dean Drako serves as Brivo’s chairman, working alongside the executive management team to expand its global physical security ecosystem.
