Mission Produce, Inc. officially acquired Calavo Growers, Inc. in a strategic transaction that united two of North America's most established avocado and fresh produce leaders. Following the completion of the acquisition, Calavo became a wholly owned subsidiary of Mission Produce, resulting in the suspension and delisting of Calavo's common stock from the Nasdaq exchange.
